IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Company (individually, the “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to this Agreement) agree as follows:
SERVICES PROVIDED
Media Buying (Bronze, Silver & Gold)
"Campaign Launches: We will set up and launch up to 2 new ad campaigns per month.
Defining campaign: New business offer/objective with 1 core message per ad campaign.
Clarification: New campaigns include set up OR review of initial audience targeting, ad creative setup, and budget allocation.
Exclusions: Does not include the development of additional creative assets (e.g., additional ad copy or images beyond the monthly allowance).
- Monthly allowance predetermined or reviewed monthly. (choice between bronze/ silver/ gold can be adjusted with 14x days notice)
- If no changes are implemented based on previous month/ week success - credits can be re-allocated to other time frames throughout contractual period.
- Can be scaled up or down depending on season/ need/ offer/ launches.
Campaign Updates: We will make up to 4 updates per campaign per month, including:
(1) Creative updates (e.g., testing new headlines, images, or video ads).
(2) Budget management (e.g., adjusting spend allocation based on performance).
(3) Audience adjustments (e.g., refining targeting based on campaign results).
(4) Campaign Optimization & Maintenance: Ongoing optimization, including:
- Daily monitoring of campaign performance to ensure ad delivery.
*Above changes would apply to running campaigns both on Instagram & facebook simultaneously, unless agreed upon otherwise.
A/B testing of creative variations (within the creatives limits):
Investigating variables including, but not limited to;
- Hooks, Persona's, Landing Page testing, Audiences, Gender, Location (states/cities), body copy, headlines, images/videos (under creative updates)
Budget adjustments as needed to maximize performance.
**Based on fixed starting budget - budget spend will not exceed what has been agreed upon, but can be up to the amount.
***No changes in management fee regardless of adjustment of spend. (Unless budget scales beyond AUD 500/day)
Monthly deliverables around image and video ad variations predetermined based on availability of creative assets (video/ images) + budget.

Copywriting (Silver & Gold)
Up to 6 body copy pieces per month, each with a maximum of 400 words (this can be adjusted based on budget).
Clarification: Body copy refers to full text content for ads or landing pages. Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per copy are included.
Up to 6 headline variations per month, each with a maximum of 8 words (this can be adjusted based on budget).
Clarification: Headline variations are distinct versions of ad copy that can be used for testing or campaign optimization. Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per headline are included."
Creative Scripting (Silver & Gold)
Up to 3x short-form or 1x long-form video ad scripts per month (this can be adjusted based on budget)..
Clarification: Each script will be tailored to the client’s campaign objectives and target audience.
Scripts will be written for either short-form or long-form video ads, depending on client requirements.
Short form - up to 90 seconds
Long form - exceeding 90 seconds
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per script are included. Additional revisions will be charged seperately (at AUD 150)
Note: Scripts are provided in standard formats (e.g., .doc, .pdf, excel). If special formats are required, please clarify in advance.
2. The Services will also include any other tasks which both Parties may agree on. The Company hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.
Creative Static Development (Gold Only)
Up to 18 ad static image variations per month, each with dimensions of 1080x1080 pixels.
Clarification: An image variation refers to a distinct design with different layouts, messaging, or styling elements. Variations could include minor changes to color, copy, or other visual elements, but each will be considered a unique asset.
Raw Assets: Client must provide raw images, logos, or brand assets in editable formats (e.g., .psd, .ai, .png). If raw assets are not provided, we can source stock images or create original visuals for an additional fee (AUD 50).
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per image are included.
Additional revisions will incur a charge of (AUD 50)

Video Editing (Gold Only)
Up to 9 short-form video ads per month, each with a maximum length of 3 minutes.
Clarification: Short-form videos will be created based on the provided raw footage. Each video will include basic edits (cutting, transitions, text overlays, etc.).
Raw Assets: Client must provide raw video footage, in high-resolution formats (.mp4, .mov).
If raw footage submitted exceeds 15min and requires significant editing or reworking, a fee of AUD 75/hour
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions per video are included.
- Choice of video cuts, caption style adjustments, caption adjustments, additional footage inclusions, music/audio adjustments.
After 2x revisions - pricing set at (AUD 75)
1 long-form video ad per month including 3 minor variations, with a length of over 3 minutes.
Clarification: Long-form videos may require more complex editing, including advanced transitions, animation, or visual effects.
Raw Assets: Client must provide raw video footage. If additional footage or content is needed for the long-form video, this will be subject to additional fees.
If raw footage submitted exceeds 60min and requires significant editing or reworking, a fee of AUD 75/hour
Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included.
- Choice of video cuts, caption style adjustments, caption adjustments, additional footage inclusions, music/audio adjustments.
After 2x revisions - pricing set at (AUD 75)
Market Research Brief (Bronze, Silver & Gold)
1x market research brief which includes:
1) Up to 3x competitors within same industry niche.
Offers they make/ locations/ reviews (FB reviews/ Google)/ messaging/ ads/ website.
Google doc breakdown
2) Online research isolated to;
Social Media Review (4x channels, 5x accounts per channel) - trends/ hooks/ current influencers or KOLs in the space to understand receptiveness of market - likes/ dislikes towards topic.
Reddit & Quora - trends/ hooks/ general conversations/ what questions are being asked/ pain points that need to be resolved/ solutions that are being recommended across 5 threads.
Utilising research based tools such as "Answer the public" to understand most pressing questions within niche/ service/ product. (up to 5-10x products/ services)
Deliverable - Google Docs format submission (up to 3x pages - text size 14x)
3) Ideal-customer-profile research (Persona Development)
Up to 3-5x meetings with 'real-time' customers limited to up to 1hour calls per customer.
Development of 1x core persona as an outcome to customer calls.
Sales calls reviews - (if available) - Limited to up to 10x sales calls.
Deliverable - Google Docs format submission (up to 3x pages - text size 14x)
4) Company Research
Reviewing own company reviews - understand whether people have good/bad experiences (FB reviews/ Google Reviews) - or client side shared customer sentiment.
Reviewing website - messaging/ continuity/ 'key phrases'/ brand tone/ differentiation/ current offerings/ current buying path-ways (call to actions) - sales funnel analysis.
Reviewing social profiles - messaging/ 'key phrases'/ brand tons/ differentiation points/ current offerings/ sales funnel analysis/ call to action review/ top performing posts
Deliverables - Google Doc format submission (up to 10x pages - text size 14x)
5) Follow up call
1x hour call between lead strategist and clients main points of contact of business: Q&A deep dive and further clarifications of findings.
Above documents will be included in call.
Additional charges beyond above scope:
Per hour consultation beyond above Q&A call = AUD 400 AUD/hour.
Monthly Review (Bronze, Silver & Gold)
1x 30-minute meeting per month with founder to discuss the following:
Executive Summary: A high-level overview of the month's performance, including key insights and takeaways.
MoM (Month-over-Month) Performance Comparison: A detailed comparison of key performance indicators (KPIs) from the current month to the previous month.
What Went Well During the Month: An analysis of successful strategies, campaigns, or assets.
Best Performing Assets: Identification and breakdown of the top-performing creatives (e.g., images, videos, ad copy) and ad sets.
Benchmark KPI Comparison: Comparison of current performance against industry standards or agreed-upon benchmarks.
Next Step Summary: Actionable next steps and recommendations for improving or scaling the campaigns in the upcoming month.
Format: The meeting will take place via Zoom or another preferred virtual platform, with an accompanying PPT summary up to 15 pages sent within 2 business days following the meeting.
Additional Notes:
Any further deep dives into performance, competitor information or campaign adjustments beyond the meeting will be billed at AUD 400/hour.
Bi-Weekly Snapshot Report (Silver & Gold Accounts Over $200 p/day)
1x Bi-Weekly (Fortnightly) Loom Video (5-10 minutes) summarizing the account performance for clients spending over $200/day on paid ads.
Content Included:
Performance Overview: Quick summary of the key metrics, including click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
Best Performing Ads/Assets: Highlight the best-performing ad creatives and target audiences.
Opportunities: Identification of trends or opportunities for optimization in future campaigns.
Format: Delivered via Loom video and shared via a private link.
The video will be accompanied by a brief written summary (Google Doc, up to 1 page, size 14 font).
Additional Notes: The report will be shared by the end of the second business day after the reporting period ends.
Further analysis or deep dives can be scheduled separately and will be billed at AUD 200/hour.
Weekly Snapshot Report (Silver & Gold Accounts Over $1000 p/day)
1x Weekly Loom Video (5-10 minutes) summarizing account performance for clients spending over $1000/day on paid ads.
Content Included:
Performance Overview: Key metrics summary, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and any critical issues or insights.
Asset Breakdown: Review of the top-performing ad creatives and audiences for the week.
Optimization Suggestions: Recommendations for improving performance based on the current week’s data.
Format: Delivered via Loom video with a private link. Accompanied by a brief written summary (Google Doc, up to 1 page, size 14 font).
Additional Notes: The report will be sent by the end of each week (typically Friday). Any deeper analysis, troubleshooting, or strategic adjustments will be scheduled separately and may incur an additional hourly fee of AUD 200/hour.
